Reiki, energy and vitality
Reiki, which Éric Guérin is passionate about and wants to share with guests at La Mare aux Oiseaux, is a relaxing energy healing technique which developed in Japan. This gentle and natural treatment is not a massage but rather a way of stimulating the vital energy within to move towards a healing dynamic.
It is performed while wearing soft, comfortable clothing and helps with physical and emotional problems by releasing tension.
This results in increased energy and revitalises the body by removing toxins.
It reduces stress, soothes, relaxes and creates a feeling of peace and calmness.

information
- Closed on Tuesday
- The relaxation pool and the sauna are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Treatments are given from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
- Guests from outside the hotel can access the spa for free for 30 minutes before their treatment.
