Reiki, energy and vitality
Reiki, which Éric Guérin is passionate about and wants to share with guests at La Mare aux Oiseaux, is a relaxing energy healing technique which developed in Japan. This gentle and natural treatment is not a massage but rather a way of stimulating the vital energy within to move towards a healing dynamic.
It is performed while wearing soft, comfortable clothing and helps with physical and emotional problems by releasing tension.
This results in increased energy and revitalises the body by removing toxins.
It reduces stress, soothes, relaxes and creates a feeling of peace and calmness.

- Closed on Tuesday
- The relaxation pool and sauna are open from 9.30am to 8pm.
- Treatments are given on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 8pm.
- Outside customers with a treatment reservation have access to the relaxation pool and sauna.
